Cyber Tavern Tales #11: Haste

Four-panel comic. Panel 1: A little dragon casts a sparkling spell on a treasure-chest mimic, which grins with excitement: “Haste! Now you’re twice as fast!” Panel 2: The mimic opens its toothy mouth wide to gobble up a pile of floating items, labelled “Frameworks”, “Pop-ups”, “Chatbot”, “Trackers” and “Ads”: “Twice as fast? Then I can carry twice as much!” Panel 3: The mimic, stuffed to bursting and sweating, is overtaken by a snail. The dragon, disappointed: “… it’s exactly as slow as before.” Panel 4: The owlbear cub asks: “Why is it still slow?” The owlbear: “They just don’t care.”
