Stop. Breathe. Breathe in. Breathe out. Focus on your breathing. Do this whenever you’re overwhelmed by your own racing mind. It calms you down and helps you focus.

Just breathe. Let your thoughts happen. Watch them as they fall into their place after flashing up like a bright red badge, demanding attention. Breathe. You will sort them out, focused, one after the other — when you finished meditating.
